• Open your Car Wash AI Dashboard
• From the menu panel select ‘Maintenance’
  • Then select ‘Create Maintenance’
• This opens the Add Maintenance page
  • You will see two options, “Create Maintenance from Catalogue” or “Create New Maintenance”
  • Most often you will want to “Create Maintenance from Catalogue” and you will customize the maintenance to your wash’s specifications. If you have a completely unique maintenance procedure for a piece of equipment, or a completely unique piece of equipment, then you will use “Create New Maintenance”
• Click “Create Maintenance from Catalogue”
  • Scroll to find each maintenance item you will need to add
  • Check mark any maintenances you need
    • You can click the ‘Customize’ button to edit the maintenance to your wash’s specifications.
• Once you have edited and selected all maintenance items, click ‘Add Maintenances’
• The Maintenance items will now populate in your Procedures tab and will be added to your Maintenance Calendar
• Maintenance items can also be added from the Add Equipment section. At the top of the Add Equipment screen, select the maintenance tab and this will open the Create Maintenance screen for that piece of equipment.
